A New Season for Aussie Sutherland The 2010 football season is the 5th year that we have sponsored the Como West Jannali Sports Club. As many of you know we have a Player of the Round award for a Saturday player and a Sunday player which is given at the regular Sunday club function. Apart from a certificate and a cap and drink bottle each winner receives a $50 gift card to be spent at the new Good Guys store at Taren Point. What you may not know is that for every person from the club who arranges their finance with my office I return some of my commission to the club. So far this has come to over $1,500 in cash and $7,500 in gifts. There is no doubt that property prices in the Sutherland Shire have been going crazy in the past 6 months. What may not be so obvious is that if you have a loan that is more than 4 years old you may not have the most competitive loan for your needs.
